Manufacturing Overview

Envirovisions televisions are entirely designed and built in England. Envirovision is not a simple kit form design involving an OEM (original equipment manufacturer branded) domestic television chassis supplied with a fixing kit of metal brackets and glass cover. Nor are they an imported amalgamation of the cheapest components, found and assembled by a nameless chinese company.

Further the majority of ancillary components are manufactured here, except the lcd. All lcd's are manufactured in the far east by just a handful of companies. So we select the very best in specification for the application. Happily final assembly of the LCD modules including fitting to diffuser, sealing and bonding are completed in house. In addition we manufacture the power board whilst just setup and fit the video processing board. This is designed in the UK but due to small batch costs assembled by automated process in Korea. Finally all components comply with the RoHS directive and WEEE directives.
